The 1% Project
The 1% Project is not an extreme quick fix fitness program. Anything extreme is not sustainable. The truth is, you only have to do a little more than what you are currently doing to improve your health and fitness. Consistency and chasing small weekly wins will be our focus. At the end of the program, you will feel and see the value in that.

The program concludes with a 30 minute walk as a group followed by a post walk breakfast on me.
How will it work?
Starting February 2, you will receive a personalised weekly program every Monday for the duration of the program. Your weekly program will include a weekly step count goal and a home workout program that will slowly increase in intensity every week. There is no face to face commitment. This program is designed to be extras on top of your weekly personal training session.
How will I keep you accountable?
You will report every workout that you complete back to me. There will also be a WhatsApp group chat set up for the participants where I will share content exclusively to the group and where we can encourage each other along the way.
